Welcome to Amber Artemis! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our business coaching services ("Services"). By engaging with our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Amber Artemis provides coaching services specifically tailored for small business owners. Our Services include, but are not limited to, one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and online resources related to growing and managing a small business.

2. Booking and Payment

a. Booking:

To schedule a coaching session or workshop, you must provide us with the necessary information and choose a suitable time from the available slots.

b. Payment:

Payment for our Services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined during the booking process. All payments for services or materials are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

a. Cancellations by You:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in a forfeiture of the payment (if payment was required).

b. Cancellations by Us:

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose any personal or business information without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during our coaching sessions, including but not limited to, guides, worksheets, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Amber Artemis. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our prior written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

a. Accuracy:

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the coaching process.

b. Participation:

To gain the full benefit of our Services, you agree to actively participate and engage in the coaching sessions.

c. Compliance:

You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations in your locality. Any recommendations provided during coaching sessions or in any other materials or services are not meant to substitute for the advice of an accountant or attorney. Amber Artemis does not claim the authority to make recommendations on such legal matters and recommends all clients to seek the advice of qualified tax and legal professionals to review plans and contracts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amber Artemis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific session or service in question.

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, but we are not obligated to provide notice of minor adjustments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Carbon County, Pennsylvania, USA.
